Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receipt. Upon shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please note that real-time tracking may be limited due to the postal service's tracking system. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

Holiday and Weekend Shipping

Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will typically be processed on the following business day. Presently, weekend delivery is not available.

International Shipping

A flat-rate shipping charge applies to all items. Any additional charges will be communicated to you before shipment.


Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for applicable sales tax, duties, and customs charges determined by their local government. These fees will be collected upon delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide precise amounts for these charges. Your order confirmation outlines the charges collected by The School of Fishing. International Shipping Policies

  • We do not ship to International P.O. boxes.
  • All orders are subject to verification before processing and shipping.
  • Customs declarations must accurately reflect the item(s) retail value; we cannot declare orders as gifts.
  • Our available shipping methods may change over time.
  • All prices are denominated in US dollars.
  • We only ship to international residential addresses, excluding businesses, hotels, motels, or resorts outside the U.S.
  • Return shipping costs for refunds or exchanges are the customer's responsibility. Initiate a Return or Exchange via our provided link.
  • During the order verification stage, we may reach out via email for additional information. Failure to respond within 3 business days will result in order cancellation.

We gladly offer full refunds for non-sale items returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • A $5.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition; items not meeting these criteria will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an order fulfillment error occurred.
  • For protection against damage or loss, return packages should be shipped with a tracking service and delivery confirmation; refunds cannot be issued for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method.
  • Gifted items may be returned; however, refunds will be credited solely to the original payment method.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return.
